Somewhere out there in Google books-land, there is a digitized volume containing these sweet l'il flower forms. Found it first via Pinterest, went looking for the source and neglected to keep track of it.
Kind of ironic, given that that is exactly what Pinterest is for. Duh.
Anyway, will go find it again and provide source when I do.
